    AISEDION AKHIDENO CLEMENT – MSC, MBA, ACA, ACSI, AMNIM, Cert IFRS

    He is a chartered accountant, a certified risk and compliance professional and also holds an international certificate in Operational Risk Management from the Chartered Institute of Investment and Investment. United Kingdom as well certificate in International Financial Reporting from ACCA, United Kingdom. He holds a Master of Science degree, MSc in Investment Banking and Securities from the University of East London, United Kingdom and a Master of Business Administration, MBA in Business Administration from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria. He started his professional career with Intercontinental bank Plc (now Access Bank), where he acquired specialised skills that cut across departments and functions including, treasury and banking operations, operational risk management and internal control. He later worked with Sulaimon and Co (Chartered Accountants), one of the foremost indigenous accounting firms in Nigeria where he led teams in various audit assignments and also managed major consultancy engagements in banking, oil and gas, transport and logistics, renowned local and international NGOs etc. He is a seasoned administrator, a pragmatic leader and manager of people and has attended several professional development courses both within and outside the country. He is a member of the following prestigious professional associations; Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Nigeria - 2001 Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Nigeria - 2004 Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI), UK - 2010 International Association of Risk and Compliance Management Professionals, USA - 2010

    OLANIYAN ISHOLA SHOLA- HND, PGD

    Shola Olaniyan is an accountancy graduate from Yaba College of Technology, He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University. He has an extensive experience in Sage Pastel application having trained in one of the foremost Sage centre in South Africa. He has been involved in installation, configuration and capacity building across Nigeria with notable clients that include Arik Air Limited, Nosak Group, City Grocey Limited, Lagos State Polytechnic and Evergreen Apple Nigeria Limited amongst other. Prior to joining the firm as a Director of Information Technology and Consultancy Services, he was the Managing Partner/Senior consultant at OELL Global Resources Limited, Lagos. He has attended several professional and executive courses both within and outside the country.

    ADESHINA SEGUN ABEFE - BSC, MBA, CISA, CISM, ACA, CCNA, MCP

    He has over (ten) 10 years working experience which cut across financial operations, Information Technology, Audit, Systems Control and Security, Treasury Operations, Risk Management, and Credit and Advances. He is a member of several professional bodies both in Nigeria and Overseas including Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Information System and Control Association (ISACA), Cisco Network Academy (CNA). He has attended different seminar, courses and training both in Nigeria and overseas including Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance, Operations Risk Assessment and Management, Effective Business communication and presentation, IT financial management, Professional selling skills. He has been a facilitator and a faculty member with Checkmate Business Communication Limited, a Technical Consultant with Cloud Computing Inc. He has worked as a Risk Advisor with Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc. He designed and developed PITASystem, a personal income tax application base on Nigeria’s Personal Income Tax Act 2004 He joined the team of AC Aisedion and Co in 2012 as Director in charge of Enterprise Risk Management.

    OBASSA LAWAL ABDULKARIM -BSC, MSC, ACA

    He is a graduate of accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He also holds Master of Science Degree (MSc) from University of East London, United Kingdom. He is a chartered accountant He started his career from intercontinental Bank Plc (Now Access Bank) where he worked across several units and department and later he rose to become a branch manager. He later moved to First Bank Plc as a relationship manager with specialty in loan structuring and syndication. Obassa Lawal has more than a decade wealth of experience in commercial banking with core skill in treasury management, electronic transfers, deployment and management of alternative channel Prior to joining the firm of AC Aisedion and Co as a partner, he worked with the accounting firm of C Onoja and Co (Chartered Accountants). He started as an audit senior and rose to become audit manager with special interest in regulatory risk compliance, assurance services and tax management.
